The School Improvement Plan (the SIP) focuses on priority areas for school improvement and development each year.
The priorities within the plan are developed by the Headteacher, Governors, staff, and children – taking account of our own self-evaluation, OFSTED inspection reports, Leadership Learning Partner (LLP) reports initiated by the County, feedback from the school’s Governing body, and input from specialists such as those with expertise in safeguarding. The child’s right to an education that develops them to the full are a priority when considering how we can improve our school. The SIP at Broughton is a dynamic document, providing a clear strategic framework for the school year, but adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities as they emerge.
The above document was created by a group of children in Badger's Class (Y5/6) and the Chair of Governors.
