Overview
We follow a broad and balanced Computing curriculum that builds on previous learning and provides both support and challenge for learners. We follow a computing scheme that follows the progression of skills and covers all aspects of the Computing curriculum. All classes will have a scheduled Computing lesson each week as well as Computing being taught alongside other curriculum subjects. We want to ensure that Computing is embedded in our whole school curriculum and that opportunities for enhancing learning by using technology are always taken.
Children will be provided with opportunities to work collaboratively with others and learn how to communicate in a manner that shows respect to others, both when using technology in school and when they are using it for leisure at home.
