School uniform can now be ordered directly from Stich-a-logo, My Clothing and School Trends. This allows you to order in small quantities, use credit/debit cards and buy other stock items.

Pre-loved school uniform

FOBS (Friends of Broughton School) run a pre-loved uniform Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/975709922880585/?ref=share they also hold pre-loved uniform sales across the school year.

The uniform can be purchased from our online stockists, department stores or supermarkets. 

Embroidered items available with the Broughton logo are:  jumpers, cardigans, polo shirts, P.E t-shirts and coats etc. these can be ordered online from Stich-a- logo, My Clothing or School Trends. 

 

While embroidered items aren't compulsory we would recommend jumpers and cardigans are embroidered .

 

                       

Royal blue jumper/cardigan

White shirt or polo shirt (Year R - Year 6)

Navy polo shirt (Year R only)

Blue checked kilt/skirt or pinafore

(summer dresses can be worn when desired)

 

 

Children in Year 6 can wear a tie, which is given to them from the school at the start of Year 6.

 

 

Children with hair long enough should have it to be tied back during the school day.

 

 

Children must wear sensible school shoes, not trainers or fashion shoes.

 

 

A single set of stud earrings is permissible but must be covered or removed during P.E. No other jewellery or make up (including nail varnish) is allowed during a normal school day.

                            

All uniform should be clearly named, including shoes and lunch boxes.

         

Acre clothes

During the winter, we allow the children to continue to play on the field during break times, but they must have a separate change of clothes and shoes. (This can be old clothing which is allowed to get muddy.
