School Improvement and Development Plan

The School Improvement and Development Plan (SIDP) focuses on priority areas for school improvement and development each year.  The priorities within the plan are developed by the Head Teacher, Governors, staff, and children – taking account of previous annual plans, OFSTED inspection reports, LLP reports, feedback from the school’s Governing body, and input from specialists such as those with expertise in safeguarding. The SIDP at Broughton is a dynamic document, providing a clear strategic framework for the school year, but adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities as they emerge.
